what drive shafts do i need please help

hi please help i have just bought a new acd gear box for my 1.8 mk1 golf 1989 and now i really need to source some drive shafts the only problem is i dont know what size does anyone have a idea, also i a after new gear linkages to please help as i am off the road and driving around a piece of crap  thanks

ACD is Mk2 Golf GTI 85-89. Thing is though, if its already in a Mk1, you can't tell (unless you measure them!) if the flanges have been swapped to 90mm already, in which case you'd be okay with stock driveshafts. Also, bear in mind that when we talk about 90mm or 100mm flanges, they're not the industry standard measurement (distance between bolt centres) but the outer diameter of the CVJ/inner dia of the flange lip.
