What Coilovers should I buy?

I've been looking at Supersport coilovers from Venom motorsport ?340 seems a good price. Any body know if there any good? Any reviews welcome.

Any suggestions for an alternative?

Or anybody got a second hand set of coilovers?

I used to own a mk1 - well I've had 2 actually - YDU 720X & SMU 420Y. Currently I drive an 98 Scotia White Mitsubishi Evolution V RS…. fancy getting another mk1 someday :D

You could always buy KONI adjustables… .from me  :) . Done the deal today to allow us to supply Koni suspension so let me know if you want a Price. Supersport are very popular as they are well priced, but I personally have never tried them so not sure on quality.
AVO I have heard a pretty terible and need stripping and rebuilding every 12m months so I personally wouldn't use them. Choices, choices……

Ive got fk konigsports and if you run them at the standard height the ride is very good, I'm running them quite low and the ride is still good. My only other experience of suspension an a mk1 was boge 30mm lowering springs and uprated shocks and i can say the fk's are 10 times better, theydon't crash over bumpr like the boges did and the ride and handling is good.

 Thankgod - I thought it was just me when I had boge and springs that it crahsed on every little thing on the road. Spax heoght adjustables on the car for the mo' and they are pretty good, firm ridebut without being being crashy (if there is such a word as crashy!!)

I have the FK Koenigsports too and recommend them. Excellent quality and decent ride even when almost at the bottom.

I have the supersports on mine. They are good for the money, but are a bit bouncy on the front end when the road gets rough. That may be cos they are wound down so far though. They could be bouncing on the bump stops!!!

Got FK highsports set at standard height with moderate damping, and they're ace!
