What can I do to make these wheels look better?

I bought some wheels for my cabby a couple weeks ago, but I'm not sure if I'm happy with how they look. I got them for what the tires only are worth, so I really can't complain. But anyways, do you guys have any ideas of what I could do to make them look better?

Black with silver rims would compliment your car well

And how would I get these silver? sand and polish the aluminium? or should I spray paint them?

What do you mean? polish the entire rim, or only the dish?

I mean, polish the very outer rim and the lipped dish to a mirror finish and leave the spoked wheel face alloy colour.
