What about this flywheel

Hello, to finish my engine rebuildint, i must install my flywheel.

This flywheel was stocked about 10years in my garage, and i wanna know if it can be good to work?



If yes, what kind of cleanning/scraping can I do?
If no, go to the bin

a machine shop will probably be able to fix that with a light skim. hotgolf does lightened flywheels so maybe ask him his opinion
