They look alright to me mate. I'm no expert though. Any plans to lower it a bit??

Yeah due to get some coilovers and take it down to the arches. So should look good. Trying to get it ready for bug jam.

There illegal due to the fact the tread is out past the arch.

They will need stretched tyres to work.

Also wont they hit the arch the way they are now.

Ok so next tyres stretched. Will they but ok or am I likely to get pulled. And they will hit the arch, but I will only be going down a touch not to low,  just enough to loose a bit of the gap between the arch and wheel. Thanks

what size are they? you wouldn't need the tyres stretched i doubt just a bit narrower tyres thats all, how wide are the wheels?
as for getting pulled just depends if you get unlucky, it is illegal so if they notice it they probably would pull you over, do the rears stick out or is it just the fronts?

Wheels are 13x6 tyres are 185/60/13. The rears are flush not out but right on it. Thanks

you could go 175/60s on the front and probably be alright, hard to tell really without trying it out  :P  rears sound like they're alright though

The whole wheel needs to be 20mm within the arch, for post 1986 (I think…might be 1984) cars, not just the tread. So stretch tyres don't solve the problem and create a few more of their own. Neither will camber adjustments.

What year is the car, I see its a cabby but with older style bumpers of around 1986?

What is the offset of the alloys they seem to be poking alot for 6", I've got 9" and they poke about the same as yours

As big norm said i believe the law is tread must be inside arch, although thats not alot of poke so u would prob get away with it. I am running 9.5 wide on my rear with very stretched tyres so tread is within arch at top. I did hear though they are looking to change law so tread and wheel rim must be inline with arch at most if not just inside
