suziki vitara wheels

now before looking at them i know what most of you will probably be thinking. but…

the question is, anyone know what offset these are as you can only get them in 7 or 8j but there is massive dish on them by the looks of it.

also how could i go about getting these machined to the right pcd and again whats the center bore like?

im probabaly just being an idiot here but i cant find any info on these by searching so just wondering if anyone knows anything about them.
