Steering rack mount bolt snapped

See in pic, top right stud for the rack bush clamp has snapped clean off - anyone else had this happen?

yes it can happen 2 options here. weld a new stud on it, or drill a hole and slip a nut behind then fit it with a bolt.  this one is easier diy if you canyt weld, but it may be a real pain to hold the nut still while you tighten the bolt depending on the kind of access you have behind
