Steering knuckle joint?

Hi when I press and depress the accelator as im going along I got a clunking on the steering and I can can feel it when going around a corner is this the knuckle joint in the engine bay that is worn?

This could be a worn CV joint or worn engine mounts
causing the engine to rock back and forth in the engine
bay as you shift power on and off. Give the two drive
shafts a pull and make sure they are solid. Try to rock
the engine (with it stopped ). If either of them have
any slack…that's it.
