Speedo not working ... Help please :)

Hi everyone I have a 1.6 caddy pickup and the speedo isn't working . I have checked the speedo cable and It is fine, what are the other common problems and how do I resolve this ? Thanks a lot

Drive gear in the gear box.

Or a faulty speedo , to test speedo disconnect from the gear box and put cable in a cordless drill get some one to watch speedo if it moves then its gear box side and if it dunt it's the cable or speedo.
BE WARNED getting the drive back in the gearbox can be tricky
