Soft Suspension

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. I've taken off the rock hard suspension and fitted standard type Boge dampers and springs lowered by 20mm. Anyway when I have any rear seat passengers in the back bottoms out quite easily. Does this happen on any one else's car or do I need to fit something else?
