small engine exhaust touching antiroll bar

Anybody have problems with this? I've just put the wishbones on for now and the exhaust is right in the way when looking from one rear mount to the other. I'm wondering if I can lower the bar mounts somehow or even put a bend in it. I notice that the expensive aftermarket ones already have a bulge in them for this.
