short shocks for 60mm lowered car?

picking up a driver at the weekend to replace my my old, and now my girlfriends formul e which is in need of welding and i haven't got the time to do, and it was dirt cheap and we've had our use out of it!
anyway the new car pretty much just needs a front shock replacing, but it is lowered about 60mm, do i need a short shock or this?
