Rear suspension lower strut nut and bolt.

As per title, does anyone know what size these bolts are?

The nuts are 17mm.

I have replaced my rear springs and need to replace both bolts, assuming these are readily available from VW dealers?

The bolts are M10x70. VW part# N 010 470 7

I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be fine pitch thread though. There's 2 variations of fine pitch on M10 bolts in common use - 1.00 and 1.25 (normal pitch is 1.75mm). Also there will be a strength rating probably higher than regular, since its a suspension component.

Part was ordered yesterday and fitted today.

Just in case anyone else needs any of these bolts for the rear shock mount, I was informed the part number has been superceded by;
N010 47 01.
