My brainless stepson did just that with the other halfs SEAT Ibiza and locked up the rear end.

Easiest way to sort it out is to bray on the rear brakes with a rubber mallet and rock the car backwards and forewards. Remember though - if it's on a slope, you don't want it to roll off or run you over when they do come free!

As steve says, give the drum a clout through a hole in the wheel to free them off or grovel under the car and tap the backplate with a soft faced mallet.
if they aren't too stuck you should just be able to drive off and they'll free.
To stop it reoccuring you'll probably need to strip the rear brakes, clean up all the bits and put a tiny bit of copper grease on the backplate where the shoes touch. Also put a dab on the other moving parts. Just dont use loads of it everywhere and get it on the linings!
