Rattling --> offside front wheel area. Assistance

getting some rattling around the offside front wheel area only when i stear right. Doesnt do it when im going along straight or stearing left.

Anyone any ideas??

Does i stop when you press on brake pedal, if so a cheap fix and replace the retaining clips that keep the pads in place

Pete's bang on - the pad shims are probably missing or installed incorrectly.

best bet is to jack up your car and see if there's any play in the wheel.
check your wheel nuts and hub nut. these are easy checks that cost nowt.

i had a knocking sound recently that i thought was coming from the o/s front wheel. turned out it was the n/s hub nut that was loose!

its worth checking all the wheels.
