prothane adjustable bump stops

hey fellow dub heeds, i got a pair of new prothane front adjustable bump stops, the set has 3 pieces per side but there is no instructions with them. how do u set them up??? i have koni sport top adj with koni springs lowering 35mm. also i heard they squeak like a squeaking thing and was wondering if there is any way of solving this issue, cheers 4 reading guys and i look 4ward 2 ur reply`s, mick..

come on people, SOME1 must have used these b4, can any1 tell me anything about them? im itching to get the struts built up and i dont want to do it the wrong way and end up having to strip and rebuild.......

got them on ebay new 4 a tenner, there is another pair on the now,  mick…….
