omp strut brace fitting help

ive bought a red omp rear strut brace for my mk1 golf its the type that bolts on top of the struts im puzzled as to how to fit it any help or previously done pictures would be great

himate cheers for the reply the only thing im puzzled by is i undo the first skinny nut then take off the metal plate that sits on top of the rubber piece i then remove the rubber piece and there is a bigger nut on a thread i have to hold the thread at the top whilst i undo the nut but what i dont understand is how can you hold the thread and tighten the nut at the same time once you have the brace in place if i use a ratchet with a socket the thread and nut turn at the same time  :dontknow:
