Mysterious vaccuum leek
Need some help/advice here.
My mk1 has developed a vacuum leek so wont idle when cold, but it will when warm which to me dosnt sound like your normal vacuum leek. But there definatly is one!
Ive got a G60 servo and it sounds like its coming from around the servo area, but i took all the pipes off and checked them over, no cracks i could see.
Anyone got any ideas? Ive got the idle set to 1100rpm so it idles when cold but i dont wanna leave it like this.

It wasnt a vaccuum leak in the end, the small joob on the header tank was loose and letting out pressure. As for the cold starts the ignition timing was way off and the mixture screw on the throttle body (idle screw maybe?) wasnt too far in and choking it.
