Anyone know what size the standard front and rear ARB's are on the MK1 Golf GTI.

Fronts are thinner than the rears , front 15mm rear 20mm Genuine fit VW Gti as of 1983 .
Replacement are 22mm front and 28mm rear , the uprated type .
