The other alternative would be to have the hub's original threads filled in (welded up) then redrilled and tapped for your wheels. This is an engineering task for a shop, albeit not too complicated, but beyond the scope of the home mechanic unless they can apply the proper heat treatment during/after welding then measure, align, drill and tap the holes to the required accuracy.

Paul… what if i have these made with the one stud ON the adaptor?? then screw it in using the entire adaptor… line it up… then the other 4?? I think that'll keep it there :? Help anyone?? The wheels are available to me but dont wanna buy them if this adaptor thing dont work??? I really need some adaptor help lol Maybe i should ask the adaptorman to make me some, if only i lived anwhere NeAr you guys

You'd not be able to screw it in becuase the face of the hub isn't flat, it has the central support. Hence the problem stud needs to be screwed in-out as in the existing adapter design.
Adaptorman doesn't have the necessary equipment as far as I can see? Needs an oil bath and a lathe (both common items in an engineering shop).

i UNDERSTAND YOUR POINT!! DONT WANT MY WHEELS FALLING OFF INTHE DRIVE!!! I think your 2nd option is my best bet Paul… Take it to the pro's, pay the money, put it on(and my wheels) and enjoy the ride!!!

Welding then redrilling would be as safe/safer than stock, so long as the heat treatment process needed is understood and done properly.
