Mini Wheels? Fitment help

Hello dudes, i am having tempted by a set of classic mini alloys, but unsure if they will fit..

they are 13x8 and unsure of the offsets as yet..

i know wobble bolts are needed which is not a prob.. but what about clearance on brakes on standard 1.1 calipers?

Any spacers needed?

my mates running them on his polo with no worries just poke out of the arches, he just uses wobble bolts,
dont no if thats any use tho
