lowering and rim size

just a few questions hoping some of your expertese will help!

planning on fitting weitec lowered springs and shocks!

now will 60mm be to low as aposed to 40mm drop? ref speed bumps day to day driving,
i currently have 14" rims but might poss change to 15's so if i lower 60mm and put the 15's on will i have to get the arches rolled to avoid rubbing?
with 15's whats the best tyre size ref profile to go for 45's?

another question reference rims i wouldnt mind a set of 14" ats cups are they hard to come by?

any advice appreciated  :D

from personall experience, -60mm and 15" rims with 195 45 tyres may well get too much for everyday driving. i'd be incined to go -40 and if you use 15" rims use 195/50's

Yeah the lower the car, the less scope you have for wider tyres/larger wheels. I suppose you could fit narrow, but larger diameter wheels (but they don't really exist!).

I have stock wheels and -80mm lowering. My limit's the scraping on the front wheels at the top, not the sides, so when I use 185/60R13 tyres (smaller circumference) I can lower another 10mm to -90mm.

The same car with 185/60R14 tyres on 6x14" wheels, could only be lowered 60mm.
