I'd try alloy wheel cleaner. You might need to leave it to soak, then scrub it with eg a toothbrush.

I would start off by cleaning as much off as you can with warm soapy water and a sponge.

Possibly try a clay bar.

Or a metal polish should get through it.

As there polished I would avoid wheel cleaners.

Either get yourself some p21s ( it may have a different name now?) but I used to use that on all my polished rims an I tell you, nothing will with stand that! It's pretty exspensive but safe to use on polished wheels, make sure what ever alloy wheel cleaner you use is safe fr polished rims or unlaquered wheels or you'll do more damage just spray some on and use a wheel brush (soft!) or tooth brush and work the used cleaner into foam and leave or a min! Or five! Don't let it dry! Ever! And then just rinse with a spongeand soapy water act! Can't go wrong! Even that wonder wheels works if you use it 3/4times in one go lol

Kick it…….if it ain\'t moving, eat it!

dont use wheel acid as it can attack the polished alloy as i found out before, use autosol or something a tat abrasive, t cut may be ok. then finish off with a coat of wax

Edit on my earlier post, after you've got that crap off get some autosol as advised above or my personal favourite! Mothers polish! And get some wheelboys sealant too! It'll protect your wheels like the big boys do at ferrari, lambo and Porsche!
