GSF lowering spring kit

hey people

got a snapped spring :? on the the front off side
looked through the gsf part listing today and seen they do lowering spring kits 40mm drop.
are these a set of 4? and whats quality like ?

there only £45 if i remember correctly or is it worth spending a little more on a different set and shocks? ive been told by a friend
apparently its eibach springs and koni shocks for the dream ride, is this so?

its gotta be done as the springs snapped at the top and its on the top mount scratching away and sounding awfull ( people look out the window to check there cars as it sounds like ive hit them when i park lol)

My mates mk2 is on konis and eibach and yes its a fantastic ride.
Springs and shocks is the best of both worlds. Comfort and handling.

I run Koni Top Adjustables with Eibach springs on my Jetta and have been very happy with them but they'd set you back a pretty penny. If I was just going to opt for a set of springs I'd look out for a set of branded ones like Boge etc

ok  bud cheers for the reply. was thinking they were a bit cheap to be of any quality think im gunna extend the budget abit and do it properly

No complaints about GSF springs. Just make sure you buy decent shocks.
