GRINDING SOUND

HI

I have a 1990 Clipper.

Today my car developed a strange grinding sound when changing gear and when i 'coast' the car in neutral.

any ideas?

Gearbox or driveshafts, both fairly cheap to get hold of, gearbox wont be the easiest to change if you've never done one before.

I think I have the same problem…Does the grinding noise start as soon as you take your foot off the accelerator but stop as soon as you put your clutch in?

Have you managed to get to the bottom of the problem?
