Gearbox Timing Plug Removal

Anybody know if there is a special VAg tool I can get to remove the timing plug in the top of the gearbox.

You could try finding a big bolt and use the head to fit in the hexagon recess in the plug? or?. Do what most plugs have had done to them, tap it with a big screw driver and hammer. Usually after you have started it turning it?s pretty free and only hand tight.

Let us know if the timing mark on the flywheel lines up with anything else, there's a few of us on here were it doesn't :dontknow:
