Gear selector Rod Bearing seal leak!?

Recently discovered a tiny leak coming from the gearbox, looked under the car today and it looks like its coming from the bearing that is attached to the gearbox  that the selector rod runs through? Do I need to replace a bearing seal, or some sort of seal? cheers
