Gear Selection Troubles

Hi there, im having problems with my 4 speed Gearbox.
1st of all selecting 1st and reverse is a total nightmare,you have to really give it some welly to get in, 2nds fine but then when selection 3rd and 4th there is a little crunch?
Its a 1.6 diesel caddy btw.

Now does that mean its the gearbox or the bushes and selectors?
