drastic ride height problem with new struts & springs!!!

Hi guys hoping to get some help here . im in south africa and have a new 2009 mk1 golf 1.6i

i had standard shocks with n force 40mm drop springs which rattled in strut but ride height was perfectly even .

i decided to go for h&r 40-45mm drop springs with shortened gabriel gas ryders to hopefully sort out rattling.

it was all fitted yesterday at auto workshop but when done and allignment done it was 25mm higher on passenger side( front)
and now drivers side is so low it rubs badly .its so uneven i can see it leaning while driving.

other thing i noticed is that rear ride height is about 50mm higher on both sides compared to my standard shock/n force set up.

If you guys could help it would be appreciated as all looks good - springs All seated in slot in lower cup perfectly .
