Dismantling an O2A?

Basically i want to get my O2A casings blasted and coated, can they be easily removed without the need for any special tools? and will i only need to replace seals and o rings putting it back together (obviously if there are majorly worn parts i will replace them) but dont want to spend the earth, just want to get them coated.
