Dangerous to drive

hi guys, i am experiencing major front end problems. I am getting clunking when i turn, hardly any feel in the steering and the wheels seem to be independent to my steering input. Its that bad i dont wanna drive it. ive had a good luck underneath but nothing obvious!! could this be the steering rack spinning and clunking.

Sounds like either steering rack loose, top mounts worn out or ball joints worn out. Could also be wishbone bushes gone, or in fact any other piece of the suspension (or wheel bolts) loose, which should be tight.

Clunking could be CV joints also?
