coilovers or springs?

whats the best way to get your golf low low?…. i have tried 40mm lower springs but still looks the same ride height but stiffer..

i want it low.. in the arch just

coilovers all the way, Springs and only springs is not a recommended setup

anything below 40mm is new shocks and springs. at which point coilovers will come into there element. i wouldn't go more than 60-80mm as your car will handle like a toothpick at a fat mans buffet.

coilovers definitely, you can set the exact height you want, and adjust it when you want

Aren't coilovers a bit of a pain to maintain?

What about the koni/eibach set up that everyone used to rave about?
