clutch cable for a lhd cabrio

the clutch cable on my cabrio is on its way out, will i have to get a lhd specific cable or will the one out of a right hooker still work? cosidering the shorter distance between clutch pedal n clutchy bit. that being said has anyone got one? or point me in the right direction to get one?

Im not a 100% sure. I dont see any reason why a right hand drive one wont work. You will just need to tidy the excess cable under the bonnet!

theres a genuine mk2 lhd one on ebay right now, iir the cable is very similar just the bulkhead grommets will want swappign over

here you go! not sure if its any use to you though but RHD mk1/2 cables are very similar
