First part: There are 2 variations of 16V master cylinder - 2 outlet and 4 outlet. The Mk1 master cylinder has 6 outlets, although some of these may not be used depending on the location and quantity of brake light pressure switches. Have a look at the "brake upgrade" technical article for examples of how to plumb it in. Essentially its the same, but to increase the number of outlets you use short lengths of pipe and T pieces.

The second part of your question is already covered here:

for the 2nd part—tushay lol. i thought i would ask the q again cos i have been asking and hunting on the web for the front setup and im sure that i read that u could use the mk2 hubs on the mk1 with a small mod to the hub but then u said diff and then i spoke to a guy who said u could so i dont know what the story is, i was hoping if some1 has done it they could let me in on the secret and tell me how to do it,  im like molder on the x-files————the truth is out there, its just who is got the correct info……………

The technical section is on the left, you might need to scroll a little to reach it.

Fair enough, I guess I could tell you do to a search, but I know doing this brings up a lot of vague stuff you need to sieve through. Hopefully someone else can back me up and explain clearly why mk2 hubs don't work - while the bits can all be connected (not too sure about track rod ends though), the geometry is different/wrong, which makes a particular aspect of the handling unsafe. I'm not 100% but I think its the bump steer.
