Brake pads
Hi all,
My mk1 Golf has mk2 16V power discs with 1986 Audi Coupe 2.2 calipers (not fitted by me but a huge improvement over standard mk1 brakes!). I think the coupe model designation is KV (?). I was wondering anyone knows the best type of pads to get? I've seen a few on Eurocarparts (Textar/ATE/Pagid etc) and I'm not sure which ones to go for.
Cheers

depend what type of pad you want if you want a fast road pad then i would go for EBC green stuff but if not then i would go for genuine ones they are also pritty good and might last a bit longer

Have a look at the Pitstop Developments forum. There's a group buy for Raicam pads. These are up there with the high end fast road/trackday pads. I think they're around ?30.
