Brake light question
I've bought new unions but aint able to get hold of a brake pipe flare tool as yet so i turned my attentions to other jobs like lighting.
I tried the brake lights but since my incident above they now dont work, I'm pretty sure the master cylinder will be dry now as the bottle i used to catch fluid from the broken pipe is half full.
There is obviously also no pressure on the pedal due to this.
Could it be that as the switches for the brakes are situated on the cylinder that cos theres no pressure/fluid they arent functioning or am i talking crap and there somit else at fault ?
Thanks

You're on the right track, the brake lights work from a pressure switch and has you have no brake pressure………
