Box question...

At the moment I've a  1.6d with 5 speed box…  

020 AVX (1.6 TD ECO - 90mm - small - hole) - with fubard synchro on 3rd

I'm wanting to replace this and have found a…

020 ACD (Close Ratio '85-'89 - 100mm - small - both)

Can I use this box? I've got mounts and linkages from both boxes and understand I'll need to swap the driveshaft flanges. Anything else I need to watch out for?
