Bottom engine mount studs/bolts

Hi guys hopefully someone can help… Both bottom studs have sheared off. Are these accessable from within the footwell? Or am i going to need to weld in a repair section?

Would much rather drop 2new bolts thru from inside!

i welded a bolt to what was left and just screwed it out
how bad are they can you get some mole grips on them

ah so they are studs screwed into captive nuts? pretty sure theyre sheared of flush with the bottom of the car but i can always try stud extractor stuff.

how hard were they to undo and where did u buy replacements? thanks so much for your quick response!

they came off pretty easy
i just bought a threaded rod and used that works fine
