best tyres.. advice?
hi, driving 83' driver with bbs 15" wheels.
right now its on 175/50/15's
I was thinking of going for 205/45/15's.. just a bit more wider… will they fit without any problems?

What width are the rims? That determines the tire. I've get 195 on 6j rim (bbs) at the min and about a flush with the wheel, slight overhang but getting 165's on front to tuck wheels in arch

205's are way overkill on these. 195's will do you preferably 175/185

You could try 185/45/15 Nankangs. Mine are on 15 x 7
Projekt Frustration :
White 1991 Clipper. Lowered over polished zender rims, Single 40 dellorto on lynx manifold, kent cam, full stainless 'zorst / manifold, powerflex bushed and braced. Not the fastest car, but sounds super nice!
Still going after 12 years… never said it was a quick fix! Time is not my friend.

9 spoke alloys at 5.5j.
Standard fit is 175/70/R13 82T
I have Toyo 350's on mine.

They look nice, how much are they per tyre?

Not overly sure, I think they we about £50 per corner plus the fitting.
Were hard to find, not sure where I got them from now, sorry I can't help more…
You might want to look at 165/50/15 bridgestones on a 6j. Had them on my G60 steels, just a slight strech on them, perfect!

Have seen them on a Lupo 15s 6j wheels and looked very tidy, might do that
