best suspension for track and fast road use?

Happy Easter,

I am just getting my Mk1 Gti ready for the summer trackdays and was wondering which suspension people are using or recommend. At present, i have a Koni kit fitted, but i fancy a change.

I'm not sure if i want to spend the cash on coilovers, but i would like to spend around ?350.

Also, are the Eibach anti-roll bars worth the money?

Any experiences and suggestions appreciated
