Advice on offsets please.

Looking to buy a set off ATS cups That are 7 x 15 Et28. My Mk 1 van is on standard Gti struts and dampers with Gti vented disc and drums on rear. Am I going to have any rubbing issues at the front or the rear? Also the van does not have any plastic arches fitted so will they stick out to far for mot?
Any help greatly appreciated

Cheers

Moved to "running gear" section as this is not general chat.  Hopefully someone can give you the answer you need as technical people tend to frequent this section.  Thanks,

James

Et28 shouldn't be too bad. My bbs ra's are 35… And there well in the arch on the back… And ok on the front. Advice keep your git wheels and change them over for mot. And change them back over if your not very confident.

You will be fine without arches and ET28

People put BBS RS001's on that are ET 25 and they are fine even with arches unless lowered to the floor on coilovers of course

What width wheel would that be? I'm considering a set of Smidt Modern Lines, they are 8" x 15" ET25 Probably with 195x50(or 45)x15's do you know if they will rub? My back arches have been rolled.

My New Year's resolutions are: 1. Stop making lists. B. Be more consistent. 7. Learn to count.

RS001 are a 7" wheel

I would say you would be ok with 8" ET25 as youve had arches rolled but suppose it depends on how low you are going on front
