Adjustable coilovers (how to)

Hi ive got coilovers fitted to my car, the set up must be right on the lowest settings and not much up and down movement.

Just wondering is there any good detailed threads on here with pictures? Im going to tackle it this weekend.

If they're already fitted it's just a matter of fitting the wheels you want and playing with the height adjustment really to get where you want.

You'll need a C spanner to unlock the two locking rings from each other and clean out all the threads with a toothbrush and some good cleaner and apply some white lithium grease before attempting to move them as this will help the rings to move.
