6 speed gearbox in mk1.how do you do it?which box required.

anyone fitted one of these before.if so how difficult?which is the best box to fit .
i have a mk1 with a 1.8t fitted.

you need the 02 box pal, it has the same housing as the 02J so easy to fit, they are very rare only com in things like sharrans, or you can use the 02M but this is hard to fit
