5Spd for 1.3

Which 5SP box do I need for my 1.3 Converted 1.1?

Do I need different shafts or just the box.

There was a good thread on Clubgti and Porka about the different options for the 085/085 boxes. The best standard solution is the Polo GT box although there is a shorter set of ratios available in the 1043 Polo saloon 5 speed but this is supposed to be very rare.

would any 085 box fit though?

You have to use part of the golf mount and part of the Polo mount welded together, but that's all.
