3 speed auto trans lost reverse ,all other gears work

I have had a auto trans put in my cabrio recently. I was driving from work last night and when I got home I realized I had no reverse so this morning I checked the oil and it was down to the first mark. Any idea's?

If its any help i have a 32k mile Auto box here if you need to replace.

Its in excellent condition, but is in my way.
