16v kr with twin 40's.....using abf box..Help!!

hi i have my 1.8 16v kr running twin 40's with mk1 box..

however ive been given an abf mk3 16v gearbox and wanted to know how easy it is to use?

What is needed from the donor mk3,

any help and advise if gratefully recieved.

Custom g/box mounts, readily available, abf flywheel/ clutch assy which is rather heavy and would need lightening for best results i reckon, the cable gear change assy, either convert to hydraulic clutch master cyl or use seat parts to keep cable, 100mm drive shafts. think thats it from the top of my head.
