west yorks area 2 - buxton meet 24th feb

thought i'd start this, the welsh boys have their own on the go

going to be meeting at the cornmill in brighouse between 11 and half past on the 24th feb, then convoy to meet the others in buxton

it's tucked away from the main road but you can easily spot the Premier Lodge which is next to the pub



ignore huddersfield vag meet, stole the pic off the other site

if you're on the m62 from leeds direction, it's first exit off the roundabout at 25.

if you're on the m62 from manchester it's the third exit off the roundabout at 25.

halifax/hudds direction it's straight over the roundabout.

ash and andy will be making their own way over (i think), although they are more than welcome to meet us at the cornmill  

a list of names for the trip would be sweet.

we'll be heading into huddersfield and out through holmfirth and over holme moss.

yep going to make my own way there would be a bit daft to travel 30 miles in oposite direction which route to cat and fid are taking as could meet you lot on route?

alright andy, if you've got google earth have a look for holmfirth to cat and fiddle, that's the route we'll be taking. it's a bit unclear on the google maps website, so best to use google earth.

John i have confession to make ops:  ops: i have spent all Friday cleaning and polishing and getting ready for the meet that i thought was THIS Sunday  :doh: we were listening the radio when they said "well your concert is next Sunday the 24th" I looked at the Mrs and said "  ive been a male reproductive organ here" to say she split her sides was the half of it. don't worry will be there next week its just i can wait and was trying to speed the meet forward. ops:

mine will be getting done sunday morning!

Our coil-overs have turned up today :mrgreen:  so all been well we should be there in the sports-line [fingers crossed]

dont worry andy i've been starting on mine today. tying to decide if a want the look of the p-slots or the handling of the steels i'm thinking steels at the moment. and if i get chance new top mounts so i can try and keep up with you gti boys atleast in the twisty bits
