Scottish United Dubbers mega meet 13/4/08

Hi guys, Deutsch Connection and Scottish Vag along with a few other clubs in scotland are planning to hold a Mega Meet on Sun 13th April.

Venue is Extreme Karting complex,Falkirk, kick off will be 10am with karting commencing first with teams from all clubs taking part in the endurance racing.

Show & Shine categories to be decided with the other clubs involved but,plenty prizes will be up for grabs guys.

Recon this could be an ideal time to make and effort to get all us MK1 lovers together, could arrange MK1 Owners Stand if we can raise the numbers.

Might be a change of date a few weeks either way due to a clash with a show. Will update shortly

Sounds great - I won't be able to make it that month,  unless my circumstances change.

Hey guys, i'm moving house on the 11th but hopefully (if the misses lets me) i'll be there. Can i bring my son, he's 7 ?. Can't get in the mk1 without my shadow following.

Will certainly try and get their with my Cabby, albeit have a broken roof handle so might not be able to make the best if its nice day !

If I get my car taxed in time ( :pray: ) I'll hopefully be there & will be bringing my wee boy along, he's 4. Unless my wife comes up with some other reason for putting off taxing it for another month. I've already have the "saving for holidays one" thrown at me.(doesn't stop her buying clothes though eh :scratch: )

Will hopeful be there in my new car if i can get it sorted in time.
need tax to but will get that next week.

First meet for me and have been gettin' the cabby ready today - just hope its OK weather-wise !

Not venue i know, albeit quite close to me - any particular area Mk1's meetin' up ?

i seen a nice Mk1 GTi in Glasgow yesterday night, Mars Red on an A plate with the sunroof up and what looked like BBS wheels, reminded me of my own, ???

Never made it as new house needed sorting, spent my day in Wickes, B&Q, etc
