north west is anyone going to this ?
Ladies and Gentleman, welcome to the North West Car Fest's official Facebook Events page.
This event is taking place at Myerscough College (just North of Preston, Lancashire) and it is an event that is open to all petrol heads and car lovers. We would like you the public to bring along anything special for display at this event which is being held on the 25th of March 2012.
Full Address:
Myerscough College,
St Michaels Road,
Bilsborrow,
Preston,
Lancashire.
PR3 0RY
If you have a Classic Car, Kit Car, Super Car or even a Competition Car, we would love you to share it with us. We are displaying a selection of Motor Sport vehicles we have for you to come and have a look around.
Toilets facilities and a Catering van will also be on site, as there is nothing quite like a sociable gathering of beautiful machines and a Bacon Roll on a Sunday morning.
Entry to this event is FREE, however we are putting on this fantastic show to raise money for charity, so there is a recommended donation of £3 which will go to the Organisation for Anti Convulsant Syndromes (OACS) Charity. Registered Charity No. 1116497
We hope you can make it and we look forward to seeing you. For any more details, please email us at northwestcarfest@gmail.com
Thank You

email sent,
hinchy76, If you get some interest it would be worth building an attendees list, arranging to meet prior (Maybe Owd Nells) and contacting the organisers so they can save you some club stand space (northwestcarfest@gmail.com)
Cheers
Tony

no worries, coming from the Tickled trout you would probably get on the m6 -> M55 and come off at broughton (A6) for garstang .. Further up the A6 you would turn turn left at owd nells to go to the college.
Owd nells (http://www.guysthatchedhamlet.com) is a really nice place for dinner, might organise a regional meet there this year :-)
