Meadowhall 6th August come on yorkshire

Right then come on lets get sumat sorted, last time it was asked how many people in Yorkshire think we filled over 7 pages of names of people who wanted to do a meet so i know your out there lol

VENUE - Meadowhall (over spill car park with the learner centre in it, next to Firth Rixon and cloesest to the M1 viaduct)
DRIVE - Carbrook hall just round corner quick nip up the viaduct just for noise factor lol
TIME - 07:00pm / 19:00
DATE - 06/08/12 thats a MONDAY

Unluck however i will do the same for Sept meet maybe somewhere different but Meadowhall area seems quite central and lets face it everybody knows where it is.

I agree definitely a good place to meet, we need a good photographer that we know to take a group photo so it can be possibly put on next years calender?

If this takes off there could be quite a few of us so a pos callander pic could be a chance and i know quite a good amature photographer who has a good dear camera and softwear so all possible.
Keep em peeled for Sept meet il give a greater notice just thought id do this one early on the back of recent conversations

I think this could work too there is quite a few owners in and around all our arears just need to start the ball rolling and then go from there, ive already pm'd around 10 people some have got back to me already saying Sept should be better and looks like Monday evening is also a good day and time.

Mine all counts on my shifts. Can do this one though.

No probs do you know your shifts, are they in patterns? if so just shout up pal and let us know

Don't want to be a party pooper but after about two meets it will dark at 7:00pm. An idea would be Sundays during the autumn/winter and week days during summer?

yep thought about that already and may need to shift to Sunday at around 1pm - 3pm start, maybe carvery lunch or what not. Just trying to get something started now got other bigger plans in mind already if we get this meet off the ground. I want to walk befor we run but already thinking of some good drive outs, places to visit, local small shows we can go to as a group, events and compertions with other regions (karting for example) plus big meets with all of Yorkshire or with at least other regions for example the drive out to Buxton meet that happened that was great. I have a lot of ideas and will need help/input from people to make these happen so lets get these smaller meets going so we can get togther and make the bigger stuff a reality

Might be able to do it - got my Van in for MOT on that day, so depends what time I get it back / what needs doing before I can shoot off in the Golf.

Will try and confirm on the day.

If not, it'll be Sept for me.

Sundays are only an idea due to light issues (stupid Sun) but personally i dont care about light as places round Meadowhall have good lit car parks and Monday nights prob suit me better too, but if we have a good day out for a drive ect ect we will have to maybe look at Sundays

sundays are fine after 4 technically for me so i can possibly catch with you all later on

Any more intrested plus those who's cars are, eeerrrrrr not running properly or need puting back togther     have you done it yet if not why not lol

Mine will be running. Ain't scared of towing it to a meet, done it once il do it again.
